The Governing Council of BGSS is responsible for the conduct of the organisation’s general operations, performing duties under power delegated by the council. As provided in the articles of constitution, the Governing Council meets regularly at headquarters at Kamta in Chitrakoot district and takes up governance and administrative matters. The administration and financial control of the organisation is vested in the Governing Council. The Secretary General is the chief executive of the organisation.
